Key responsibilities:

1. Handle clients and acquire listings to scale up properties on 99acres.com
2. Communicate with prospective users, educate them about the benefits of using 99acres, and persuade them to register on the site
3. Validate client information during the acquisition process
4. Ensure that target conversions are achieved within the specified period

Note: Overall profitability of the individual and authentic output generation will serve as KPIs for this role
