Senior Fashion Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the design process from conception to final styling
2. Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques for design inspiration
3. Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, refine collections, and create new concepts
4. Ensure product alignment with business strategy
5. Select fabrics and trims for designs
6. Review products for style and fit during presentations
7. Develop prints and create tech packs
8. Oversee production processes
9. Analyze trends in fabrics, colors, and shapes

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, fashion design, or a related field
2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
3. Availability to travel for research and product development
4. Ability to create sketches by hand or digitally
5. Strong design and conceptual skills
6. Excellent sense of style and color coordination
7. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
8. Ability to meet multiple deadlines
9. Basic knowledge of pattern-making
