Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct research and gather inspiration from art, culture, history, and current trends
2. Create initial sketches and concepts for designs using Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop
3. Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with the design vision
4. Create patterns that serve as templates for cutting fabric pieces
5. Conduct fittings to assess fit, drape, and overall aesthetic of garments, making necessary adjustments
6. Manage production process, including sourcing materials and ensuring quality control standards
7. Showcase collections through fashion shows, presentations, or lookbooks, collaborating with stylists and models
8. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform future collections and product offerings
9. Develop and promote brand identity through marketing strategies, retailer collaboration, and media engagement
