Summary of the role: This is a key role in the founding team currently being built at KaushikDhwanee. You will achieve success in this role by collaborating with various schools, large gated communities, corporates, and businesses - with a single-point agenda to grow business, bring in more students, create new sources of revenue, and create deep brand visibility and relationships! You will achieve further success
Mandatory Job Requirements:
1. Tools Knowledge
a. Deep knowledge of at least any one of the CRM/Sales systems such as Hubspot, Zoho, Freshworks, etc.
b. Knowledge of integration tools such as Zapier
c. Good knowledge of AI tools that will significantly aid in performing tasks at hand
Office Suite, Canva, or other design tools
2. Domain expertise in sales with a proven record of having achieved several collaborations in the past. Having collaborated with schools/colleges or similar businesses will be highly preferred
3. Independently working, taking initiative, and achieving success without much input/supervision
4. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi are a must
Key Responsibilities:
1. Taking charge of the current CRM system, and sales processes, modifying or enhancing current sales processes, and building efficiency
2. Reviewing the current Tele-calling process and reestablishing for efficient tele-calling operations
3. Organizing events
4. Building a team of motivated individuals in time for further exponential growth
Working on-site from our Kondapur, Hyderabad office and field travel as needed
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 1 - 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in education or related industry.
MBA from a reputed college/institution will be highly preferred
Sales-related certifications will be highly preferred
