This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer at T3 International FZ-LLC. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, as well as software development.
We are on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Developer with the capability to build end-to-end Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and entire applications. This role is not just about coding; it's about bringing a vision to life, from conception to hosting. While expertise in every skill is not mandatory, the ability to develop and maintain a working MVP is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, architect, and implement robust and scalable solutions for our MVPs.
2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
3. Develop within serverless and DocumentDB framework.
4. Oversee the entire lifecycle of the application, ensuring its scalability and performance.
5. Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback on MVPs.
6. Monitor the performance of live MVPs, ensuring uptime and swiftly addressing any technical issues or bugs.
7. Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
8. Coordinate with external experts or consultants when specialized skills are required.
9. Collaborate with experts in specific areas when needed, ensuring the highest quality of the final product.
10. Take on project management responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the project's scope.
11. Handle general management tasks as required to keep the project on track and align with the company's vision.

1. Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A masters degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
2. Technical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience, with a proven track record of developing and deploying MVPs or full-fledged applications.
3. Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular), and relational and document-based databases.
4. Experience with cloud hosting platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
