Senior Full Stack Developer Job

We are looking for a highly skilled 'Full Stack Developer & Team Lead' to manage and guide a team of 4-5 developers while actively contributing to coding and development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both web and app development and be proficient in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of 4-5 developers, ensuring smooth project execution and best coding practices.
2. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
4. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly and high-performing applications.
5. Optimize backend performance with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
6. Review code, provide mentorship, and conduct regular team standups.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
8. Stay updated with the latest technologies and implement best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 1-5 years of full-stack development experience.
2. Expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
3. Strong understanding of frontend & backend architecture.
4. Proven experience in leading a development team.
5. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
