We are looking for a senior graphic and web designer who is a pro with Adobe creative suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro & After effects. If you are a passionate self-starter with good communication skills, have a great portfolio, and have a wonderful personality, we are certainly looking for you.
Key responsibilities:
1. Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics
2. Making logos, brochures, flyers, standees, posters, and website user interfaces
3. Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
4. Reviewing the junior designer drafts to ensure quality
5. Generating fresh concepts and keeping oneself up-to-date with industry developments
6. Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
7. Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bidhan Nagar
Other requirements
Functional knowledge of UI and UX with additional website development (WordPress) skills, is a plus
3-4 years of professional work experience with in-depth exposure to technology with an urge to solve problems at scale
Must be a pro with Adobe Creative Suite, especially with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro & After Effects
Familiarity with website design is considered an asset
Ability to visualize and develop graphics and banners as per the requirement
Strong creative acumen and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 40,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,80,000 /year
