5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
7. Maintain a strong attention to detail and consistently deliver designs that are on-brand and visually appealing.
