About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various positions
2. Talent Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
3. Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
4. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions
5. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and interns, fostering their professional development and growth
6. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions
7. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

6. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
