Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the productivity of junior recruiters and interns
2. Strategizing with the directors for servicing clients
3. Hiring and interviewing junior recruiters
4. Managing and executing service delivery responsibilities
5. Training the recruitment team
6. Preparing MIS reports for the directors
7. Working on database management
8. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates as a part of client servicing
9. Managing tools and subscriptions
