1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
1. Proven experience as an HR, preferably in the IT segment with a strong background in HR practices and employee management
2. Understanding and prior experience in IT Recruitment is a must
3. Excellent people management skills and the ability to engage with employees at all levels
4. Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
6. Proficiency in HR systems and databases
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
9. Adaptability and flexibility to manage the complexity of HR issues in a dynamic environment
10. Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR/GPHR) and/or a masters degree in Human Resources is a plus
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,50,000 /year
