2. Develop detailed design concepts, presentations, and proposals using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop
3. Create comprehensive floor plans, elevations, and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas
4. Establish project timelines, cost estimates, running bills and budgets to ensure efficient execution
5. Conduct site visits and work closely with contractors, ensuring accurate implementation of designs
6. Hold regular client meetings to ensure a smooth workflow from concept to completion
7. Select and recommend finishes, materials, and fixtures, staying informed on industry trends and innovative design technologies
8. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members to ensure projects meet the highest standards
9. Sourcing, selecting, and ordering furniture, fixtures, and materials to meet design requirements
1. Degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field
2. Minimum 2-year experience in the field
3. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop
4. Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, and design trends
5. Excellent communication, project, and team management skills
6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
