About the job

Key responsibilities:

a. Lead Generation & Nurturing:
1. Manage incoming leads from various channels (website, social media, email, etc.).
2. Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the lead nurturing processes based on conversion rates.

b. CRM & Lead Tracking:
1. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into CRM systems.
2. Monitor lead statuses and ensure appropriate follow-up.
3. Analyze CRM data to identify trends and improve lead management efficiency.

c. Sales Coordination:
1. Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads.
2. Assist the sales team by providing insights from lead management to boost conversions.
3. Coordinate lead activities, appointments, and consultations.

d. Reporting & Analysis:
1. Track lead conversion metrics and provide weekly and monthly reports to the management team.
2. Analyze data and suggest improvements to both lead management and sales strategies.

e. Growth Strategy:
1. Collaborate with senior management to devise and implement strategies for business growth.
2. Work on projects aimed at improving the lead-to-client conversion rate and overall market penetration.
3. Develop innovative campaigns or partnerships that enhance lead generation efforts.

f. Customer Feedback & Experience:
1. Collect feedback from leads and clients to improve the customer experience.
2. Implement follow-up processes to ensure client satisfaction post-conversion.

Who can apply

Other requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in lead management, sales, or marketing.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.

4. Proven experience in working collaboratively across departments.
