We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled 'Computer Vision Engineer' to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing computer vision algorithms and systems to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our agricultural operations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy computer vision solutions that address real-world challenges in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Algorithm development and implementation:
- Develop and implement computer vision algorithms for image processing, object detection, and pattern recognition.
- Optimize and deploy models on edge devices to ensure real-time performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate computer vision solutions into the Oneroot platform.
2. Data collection and analysis:
- Design and execute experiments to collect and analyze visual data from various sources, including drones, cameras, and satellite imagery.
- Annotate and preprocess datasets to train and validate computer vision models.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and robustness of computer vision systems.
3. Research and innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning technologies.
- Explore and implement innovative solutions to improve crop monitoring, yield prediction, and quality assessment.
- Contribute to research publications and present findings at industry conferences and events.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in developing and deploying computer vision algorithms and systems.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
4. Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
5. Experience with image processing techniques and tools.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of agricultural processes and challenges is a plus.
