Hiring for Senior Manager Design for a leading residential real estate company based in Bangalore. You will be a vital role as part of the design & development team.
Be responsible for, and oversee, in consultation with the management, the overall Co-Ordination of all Design Ideation & Design Development related activities, pertaining especially to the Pre-Construction stage of any project.
Support Consultant Strategy and Consultant Appointment Process including preparation of Design Brief, RFP, Comparative Statements, recommendation reports etc.
Responsible for close co-ordination and follow up with project consultants to make sure the consultants are complying with the scope and deliverables.
Developing incrementally, a detailed Project Management / Implementation Plan covering all the stages of Project Development,
Be responsible for continuous monitoring and updation of the Key Inputs of the Project Management / Implementation Plan
Documentation & Project Reporting
Any other duties/ Responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
B.Arch with 8 to 15 years' experience in high-rise residential projects.
1. Candidates with minimum 10 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 /year
