Key Responsibilities
Develop targeted pipelines in specific geographic areas to align with future expansion plans. Market mapping, generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
Coordinate with the projects, franchisees, landlords, and brand teams.
Franchise management
Ensure timely launch of stores by ensuring handovers align with the predetermined expectations. Budget management and financial planning.
Building necessary ROI, and LOI for project evaluation.
Track on upcoming malls and blocking/signing stores which brand presence is required. Responsible for renewals and transfer of franchise.
Commercial problem resolution.
Handle channel partners and maintain a proper database of them. Conduct ATL & BTL activities with Channel Partners for lead generation.
