Senior Marketing Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute marketing plans that align with company objectives and drive property sales.
Create innovative marketing strategies to position properties effectively in the market and enhance the company's brand.
Analyze market trends, target demographics, and competitor activity to adapt and refine marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, print media, social media, email marketing, and direct marketing.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Work with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and designers, to create promotional materials and advertisements.
Brand Management:
