Key Responsibilities:

2. Communication and support: Serve as the main point of contact for our online multi-designer stores, providing them with updated product lookbooks, handling queries promptly, and maintaining strong relationships.
3. Order management: Monitor and update orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
4. Inventory management: Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels and facilitate replenishment as needed.
5. Data analysis and reporting: Utilize software tools and Excel to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to inform merchandising decisions.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align merchandising strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
7. Market trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities and challenges.
