Cohort Social is a Vertical Specific Social Network Platform empowering communities through digitalization. Since January 2024, we have been developing a white-label platform that integrates social networking, event planning, resource sharing, shopping, and community management into one customizable solution. Our mission is to revolutionize how communities connect online.

We are looking for a talented Senior React Native Developer to join our product team. You will be responsible for architecting and developing a scalable mobile application, collaborating with the product and design teams to deliver a world-class user experience. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and product thinking to create sustainable, maintainable features that will grow with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Implementation: Design and implement scalable features that support rapid user growth.
2. Component Library: Create reusable component libraries to ensure consistency across the product.
3. State Management: Implement efficient state management solutions to scale with product complexity.
4. Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance to handle increasing user loads.
5. Product Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers to understand and execute product requirements.
6. User Interfaces: Work closely with designers to create smooth, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
7. Analytics & Monitoring: Implement analytics and monitoring solutions to track and enhance product performance.
8. Technical Discussions: Actively participate in product planning and technical architecture discussions.
9. Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Evaluate technical trade-offs in the context of product goals. Identify and resolve scalability bottlenecks.

Technical Expertise Required:

1. React Native Mastery: In-depth knowledge of React Native architecture and best practices for scaling applications.
2. State Management: Expertise in advanced state management patterns for large applications (e.g., Redux, MobX, etc.).
3. Navigation: Ability to implement complex navigation patterns that grow with the product.
4. Debugging & Problem Solving: Strong skillset in debugging complex issues in production.
5. Testing: Strong knowledge of automated testing for scalable mobile applications.
6. CI/CD Expertise: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment processes.
