Key Responsibilities:
Managing graphic designs & motion graphics from conceptions to delivery.
Develop visually appealing creatives including images, videos, GIF animations, and website graphics.
Execute video editing tasks with precision, ensuring seamless transitions, effects, and storytelling.
Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.
Create engaging social media creatives tailored to different platforms and audiences.
Produce high-quality Amazon listing visuals that drive sales and enhance product visibility.
Create mood boards and work closely with the product team.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and design.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project milestones.
Conceptualize and pitch innovative ideas to enhance brand identity and marketing strategies.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and communication channels.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 + years of experience in motion graphics design or a related role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
Extensive experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
Advanced knowledge of animation and best practices in the industry.
Expertise in video editing, including color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback.
Creative problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The ideal candidate should be able to create a story in 45 seconds.
Bachelor's degree or Certification in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, or related field (preferred).
