Role overview: We are seeking a highly skilled 'Art Director' with expertise in leadership presentations, motion graphics, and 3D design. The ideal candidate thrives under tight deadlines, is self-driven, and delivers exceptional work independently. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and can handle end-to-end project execution with minimal supervision, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Presentation design:
- Develop engaging presentations for leadership teams using PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
- Create infographics, illustrations, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines.

2. Motion graphics & 3D design:
- Conceptualize and execute 2D/3D animations using After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
- Integrate advanced animations into presentations for compelling storytelling.

3. Project ownership:
- Manage tight deadlines and last-minute changes with high-quality output.
- Collaborate with clients and teams to meet project objectives.

4. Onsite client interaction:
- Travel onsite (as needed) for briefings, reviews, or final delivery.

5. Innovative storytelling:
- Simplify complex data into impactful visual narratives.

Requirements

1. 4-6 years of experience in presentation design, motion graphics, or a similar creative role.
2. Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), and 3D tools (Cinema 4D/Blender).
3. Strong visual storytelling and data visualization skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
5. Experience with leadership-level presentations is preferred.
