Ladder Media is an eLearning service company based in Bengaluru and has a strong footprint in executive and university education content solutions. We are currently looking for a senior motion illustrator.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create mood boards, visualization, and illustrations for animation projects
2. Manage and help a team of illustrators in their work on animation projects
3. Collaborate with the animation team to create the final videos
4. Set up guidelines to make the output consistent and coherent with project guidelines and aesthetics in general
5. Set up review processes to ensure compliance with guidelines and high-quality output for internal delivery
6. Coordinate with delivery managers and support them in making timely deliveries
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Previous experience working with animation teams and motion graphic projects
2. Proficiency in design principles and design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate
3. Ability to create mood boards, visualization, and illustrations for animation projects
