1. Open new individual, corporate, or minor investment accounts on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE)
2. Execute orders such as Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWP), Systematic Transfer Plans (STP), redemptions, dividends and switches for mutual fund clients
3. Prepare and send periodic performance and other relevant reports to clients
4. Reconcile accounts and portfolios on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
5. Conduct thorough research of various mutual funds to provide informed recommendations to clients
6. Manage and operate multiple popular mutual fund trading platforms including BSE StAR MF, IFA-Planet, ICICI Pru Tech, and FundzBazar
7. Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and other regulatory bodies
8. Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries regarding their investments and account-related matters
9. Regularly review and analyze client portfolios to ensure asset allocation and risk management strategies are being followed
10. Keep accurate records of mutual fund data using spreadsheets or databases
11. Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mutual fund back office operations
3. Knowledge of mutual fund products, schemes, and regulations
