3. Bakery, baking, and culinary skills.
4. Attention to detail and a passion for pastry and baked goods.
5. Ability to follow recipes and measurement instructions accurately.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
7. Experience in a professional kitchen or pastry kitchen is a must.
8. Certificate or diploma in baking or pastry arts is a must.
9. Expertise in chocolate tempering, moulding and decorating techniques.
10. Hands-on experience in panning chocolate and coating nuts, etc.
11. Experience in a professional kitchen or pastry kitchen is a must.
12. Certificate or diploma in baking or pastry arts is a must.
