Key responsibilities:
1. Lead photo shoots for various campaigns and projects, ensuring high-quality and creative shots that align with the company's vision
2. Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC to enhance the overall quality of the photos
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that effectively communicates the brand message
4. Manage and organize the company's digital asset library, ensuring all images are properly cataloged and readily accessible
5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in photography technology to continually improve skills and techniques
6. Mentor junior photographers and provide guidance on best practices for shooting and editing photos
7. Attend events and functions as needed to capture important moments and create compelling visual content for the company
