We are seeking a talented Senior Photographer to join our dynamic team at the MHLondon, Noida Office. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead photo shoots for products, events, and marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality images that align with brand standards.
2. Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC to enhance image quality and composition.
3. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and execute photo projects that meet expectations.
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior photographers, and studio team by offering feedback and support to help them improve their skills.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve photography techniques and workflows.
What we are looking for: Candidate who can Manage the photography team of 2 - 5 members.
1. Advanced understanding of product photography: Lighting techniques, composition, camera settings, editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom), and postprocessing skills.
2. Knowledge of different product types and their unique photography needs.
3. Knowledge of various Lifestyle & Product Photography
4. Experience with various shapes, sizes, textures, and materials.
5. Strong understanding of e-commerce photography best practices
6. Optimizing images for online platforms and specific target audiences.
7. Competent with studio equipment and setup: Lighting rigs, backdrops, props, and tools for manipulating products.
8. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to different shooting environments.
9. Strong eye for detail and composition.
10. Ability to adapt to different creative styles and brand guidelines.
11. Experience in storytelling through product photography.
12. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines for impromptu shoots.
