Soft Suave is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP frameworks, particularly Laravel and Lumen.
Design and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Optimize and maintain database systems, including MySQL and MongoDB.
Integrate caching and message-broker solutions, particularly Redis and RabbitMQ, to improve application performance and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products and user experiences.
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and optimization for better performance and scalability.
Mentor and support junior developers, providing guidance on coding best practices.
Participate in planning and design discussions, contributing insights based on past experience.

Competencies and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
6 + years of experience in PHP development, with a focus on Laravel and Lumen frameworks.
Strong knowledge of micro services architecture and design patterns.
Proficiency with databases, particularly MySQL and MongoDB.
Hands-on experience with Redis and RabbitMQ.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they integrate with backend systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and improving.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
