1. Responsible for the overall evaluation and control of the assigned project.
2. Create Project manufacturing scheduling & sequencing.
3. Project Monitoring and Reporting to superior.
4. Project reporting on a daily & weekly basis to customers.
5. Process planning, Material requisition, updating & evaluation.
6. Responsible for technical requirements of projects like detail engineering, and development drawings.
Required Skills:
1. Knowledge of project planning/scheduling software.
2. Operational knowledge of the sequence of manufacturing processes.
3. Familiarity with international codes like ASME (Sec. VIII Div. 1 & 2), EN and TEMA.
4. Familiarity with various national and international material specifications.
5. Knowledge of ISO Systems and Procedures.
6. Computer Proficiency particularly in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, AUTOCAD, etc.
7. Knowledge of material cutting, forming, welding, and machining process.
8. Making the processing drawings in CAD for the cutting process.
9. Problem-solving skills.
10. Multi-tasking & project analysis skills.
