About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct feasibility calls with existing and potential customers for technical consultation
2. Meet with customers to discuss their software needs and create a big picture of their requirements
3. Design and commission customized software solutions for the customer
4. Integrate Cleartax products with industry ERPs using standard technologies by developing, customizing, optimizing, and maintaining connectors
5. Test the performance of the installed system and fix bugs
6. Provide post-installation follow-ups
7. Help the sales team with due diligence, security, and all technical-related queries
8. Work with the engineering and product team to understand the changing software product and act as a liaison to the business teams
9. Ensure that solution documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy
