Key Responsibilities:
Process Design & Engineering
Develop and review process simulations (Aspen Plus, HYSYS, Unisim)
Prepare Heat & Material Balance (H&MB), PFDs, UFDs, and P&IDs
Create and review process equipment & instrument datasheets
Conduct vendor technical bid evaluations and oversee technical documentation
Develop utility package datasheets and review vendor submissions
Participate in PHA, HAZOP, and other design & safety studies

Project Management & Coordination
Lead multiple projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards
Collaborate with clients, site engineers, and home office teams
Define work processes to meet project requirements and deadlines
Keep stakeholders informed of key project developments and decisions
Implement effective change management for cost, schedule, and material impacts
Perform peer reviews, quality control checks, and gate reviews
Software Expertise:
Proficiency in industry-leading process engineering tools, including:
Aspen Plus, HYSYS, Unisim
KORF, HTRI, FlareNet
AFT Fathom / Arrow / Impulse, PipeNet
