Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the design process from ideation to execution ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms
2. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints
3. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions and iterate on existing features
4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design concepts and solutions
5. Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products
6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning within the team
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and incorporate them into our design processes

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 5 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. 4+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and past projects

2. Proficiency in Figma is a must including knowledge of its latest features

3. Good to have proficiency in other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders

6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a passion for creating innovative and impactful user experiences

7. Experience of working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams

8. Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment following a rapid iterative design approach
