Senior Project Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliverables may include Impact Assessment docs, Functional Specifications, Design Documentation, Project Charter, and Project Plans, Burn Down Charts
2. Consult with management and review project proposals to determine goals, time frames, budgetary requirements, processes and procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allocation of resources
3. Coordinate testing and Q/A processes and ensure traceability to original requirements
4. Analyzes and documents user requirements for enhancements to business processes and/or systems
5. Work with internal and external resources, and business unit members to scope, define, analyze, estimate, and oversee a variety of large-scale projects (including infrastructure, data, systems, and processes) from start to finish
6. Leverage project tracking tools and processes for consistency and efficiency of implementations
7. Work alongside other Project Managers by identifying and sharing best practices and developing proven project tracking tools and processes
8. Responsible for oversight of the complete release and campaign training program including but not limited to Instructor Lead Training Collateral, QRCs, Recorded Training, Service Central, Meetings in a Box, Coaching Guides, (as determined by release or campaign)
9. Provide functional line management for assigned Instructional Designers as it pertains to projects
10. Manage day-to-day activities of development projects
