Key responsibilities:

1. Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Python-based applications
2. Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
3. Lead and mentor junior developers, guiding best practices and code reviews
4. Drive innovation and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
5. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and optimal performance
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the Python ecosystem, and evaluate their potential impact on our projects
7. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning sessions

Who can apply

Other requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions

Strong proficiency in Python, with in-depth knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)

Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
