Senior Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
2. Screening & Interviewing
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews.
Administer skill assessments or background checks as needed.
3. Client Relationship Management
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and company culture.
Act as a liaison between clients and candidates.
Provide hiring recommendations based on client needs.
4. Job Posting & Advertising
Write and publish compelling job descriptions.
Advertise jobs on career sites, social media, and internal platforms.
