3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
6. Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment efforts
