As a 'Senior Recruiter' at Growth360, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth and success by sourcing top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. As a part of an executive search firm, you will be sourcing candidates for our clients for mid to senior-level roles across industries primarily non-IT.
To be successful in this role you need Effective Communication, Networking abilities, Market research capabilities, and also knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing, and Content Marketing to attract the best talent for our clients.
You must have a strong ability to research roles and must be someone who likes to read about markets and the Indian startup ecosystem. You should be comfortable picking up the phone talking to candidates and being able to answer their questions. Ideally, if you are from a sales or marketing background looking to move into HR this is a perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learn and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
2. Ability to research industries, roles, and market dynamics to be able to headhunt candidates effectively.
3. Utilize our LinkedIn presence through targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to reach potential candidates.
4. Create engaging and informative content to promote Growth360 and attract top talent for our clients.
5. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers of our clients to understand the ask of the role beyond a JD and understand subtle nuances of the role.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve your headhunting.
To fit the bill:
1. You should have a full-time MBA or master in psychology
2. You should have excellent communication skills
3. You should have worked in either a sales or marketing role or a recruiting role
4. We prefer non-IT recruiters
5. We prefer people who are extroverts and comfortable talking with candidates
6. You should have a strong ability to network
