Job Description - Reporting to the General Manager; the candidate would be required to :
- Plan the sales strategy for the Flavours division Analyze the sales trends, assess the in-house capability and strength areas, market growth areas; identify the contents of product portfolio and customer to be focused on; arrive at a robust and realistic sales target
- Allocate the budget targets and customers to each Sales Manager Ensure forecasting from customers is converted into business
- Prioritize target customers and plan the road map for Sales Managers to secure maximum wins from the customers
- Review and periodically monitor the plan execution strategy prepared by each Sales Manager
- Ensure key customer interface at regular basis
1. Candidates with minimum 7 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,80,000 - 8,40,000 /year
