Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Lotlite Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and lead generation through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending events.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, potential investors, and industry stakeholders.
3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.
5. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and delivery of services.
7. Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and reports to potential clients.
8. Stay updated on market developments and contribute to the development of new business strategies.
9. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
2. Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer behavior.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
8. Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and corporate clients is a plus.
