Key responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Sales:
- Oversee and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market presence
2. Marketing Management:
- Direct and manage marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and effectively executing campaigns and promotional activities
3. Client/Customer Servicing:
- Provide exceptional service to clients and customers, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and efficiently
4. Lead the Marketing/Advertising Process:
- Take charge of the marketing and advertising processes by meeting potential clients, presenting product information, and showcasing the company's offerings
5. Visit Corporates for Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct on-site visits to corporate clients to deliver presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value of the company's products and services
6. Represent the Company at Trade Exhibitions, Events, and Demonstrations:
- Act as the company's ambassador at trade shows, exhibitions, and various events, promoting the company's products and services and establishing valuable industry connections
7. Be the Primary Contact for Marketing-Related Inquiries and Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing-related questions and communications, ensuring clear and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders
8. Develop Strategies for New Plans and Growth:
- Formulate and implement strategic plans aimed at driving business growth, exploring new opportunities, and enhancing overall market performance
9. Handle End-to-End Customer Queries:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of customer queries, from initial contact through resolution, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and effective problem-solving
10. Manage Quotations:
- Oversee the creation and management of quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness while addressing customer requirements and specifications
11. Coordinate with Vendors and Negotiate Terms:
- Liaise with vendors to coordinate supply and service needs, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to benefit the company
12. Address Technical and Service-Related Queries:
- Handle technical and service-related issues, providing expert support and solutions to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction
