Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct video calls with potential students to introduce our products/services and close sales leads.
2. Adhere to our dress code by wearing a blazer and presenting a professional image during video calls.
3. Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively present product features and benefits.
4. Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas through effective closing strategies.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships through video interactions, addressing queries and concerns. We prioritize hiring partners over just employees.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop successful video sales strategies and reach sales targets.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide insightful recommendations during client calls.
8. Continuously improve video sales techniques and strategies through self-development and training.
9. Seek individuals with perseverance and a strong determination to tackle challenges.
