Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Ernakulam. This full-time role requires a candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will use their expertise to drive sales strategy and manage customer relationships, particularly within the architecture, construction, and interior sectors. Qualifications and Skills
Proven sales experience of 7 to 10 years, particularly within architecture, construction, and interior sectors (Mandatory skill).
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
Expertise in customer relationship management to foster and maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
Solid understanding of the construction industry to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
Proficiency in using CRM software and analytical tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting growth in the architecture, construction, and interior sectors.
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Assess current sales processes and techniques, and implement improvements where necessary.
Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
