3. Achieve individual and team sales targets
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance and loan products
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
7. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies during sales processes
