In India, compensation is provided to the victim and the family of the deceased in a Road And railway accident, due to a lack of information about which the victim and family of the deceased are deprived of getting compensation. Therefore running public awareness campaigns to benefit the above.
To provide immediate medical aid, and financial and legal aid to every accident-injured person. to ensure 100% availability of ambulance assistance, financial assistance, and legal assistance to the families of the deceased, so that the loss caused in accidents can be 100% compensated under the Motor Vehicles Act, Motor Claims Accident Tribunal, and Railway Claims Tribunal framed by the Government of India.
