1. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for software products
2. Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and stability of software applications
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases based on business requirements
4. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
5. Analyze test results and communicate findings to stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and other team members
6. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
7. Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on testing best practices and methodologies
8. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on web and mobile applications
3. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
4. Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
5. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
6. Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
8. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
9. ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
