Senior Teacher Job

Design and implement comprehensive coding curriculum aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
Develop engaging lesson plans, instructional materials, and hands-on coding activities to facilitate student learning.
Teach coding concepts and programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc., using a variety of teaching methods and techniques.
Provide personalized support and guidance to students, including troubleshooting coding problems and offering constructive feedback.
Assess student progress through assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams, and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and collaborating with their peers.
Stay updated on current trends and advancements in computer science and coding education, and incorporate relevant content into the curriculum.
Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Previous experience teaching computer coding or programming to students of diverse backgrounds and age groups.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to students with varying levels of prior knowledge.
Passion for education and a genuine desire to inspire and empower students to pursue careers in technology.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively plan and manage classroom activities and resources.
