Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting engaging and interactive language and numeracy classes for students
2. Creating and delivering high-quality educational content tailored to students' needs
3. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
4. Collaborating with the curriculum development team to enhance teaching materials
5. Utilizing technology to enhance the learning experience
6. Contributing to the overall growth and development of students
7. Managing administrative tasks related to teaching and reporting

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of teaching experience in a preschool setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and preschool education best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and guide junior staff
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
- Creative problem-solving and resourcefulness in lesson planning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with early childhood education frameworks and assessments
- Experience in conducting parent-toddler programs or home-based learning projects
