About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Brick & Bolt, conducting customer analysis and advancing leads (service requests) through the conversion pipeline.
2. Take ownership of assigned leads, consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
3. Manage customer engagement and operations by ensuring continuous interaction with leads throughout the sales lifecycle.
4. Adopt a data-driven approach to develop efficient processes that enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Monitor and track each opportunity or lead (service request), ensuring that all related tasks are completed on schedule.
6. Collaborate with the product team to provide insights for improving the interface, ultimately enhancing customer support and experience.
