1. Work on outbound sales calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
2. Work on product knowledge: Understand and clearly communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of the company's products or services to potential customers.
3. Work on sales pitch: Deliver a convincing sales pitch to convert prospects into customers.
4. Handle customer interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
5. Work on closing sales: Achieve sales targets by successfully closing sales through effective negotiation and persuasion.
6. Work on follow ups: Conduct follow-up calls with prospects who did not purchase initially, and nurture leads until they are ready to buy.
7. Work on CRM management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
8. Manage customer service: Handle customer queries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
9. Handle team collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to share insights, feedback, and strategies to improve sales performance.
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
