Senior Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Call existing and potential students to persuade them to procure the company's products and services
2. Accurately record details of students' feedback and remarks
3. Regularly follow up and record follow-up remarks
4. Update CRM/Google Sheets accordingly
5. Process all customer feedback accordingly
6. Generate promising leads for conversion
7. Develop and sustain solid relationships with students to encourage repeat/referral business
8. Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to student requirements
9. Develop in-depth knowledge of different career options and company's services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
10. Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and conversion
11. Conduct Google Meets with students and parents to give online presentations and explain the courses in detail

Tele Counselor Requirements:

1. Proven experience working as a telecaller or marketing executive
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
3. Ability to follow scripts
4. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
6. Effective communication skills
7. Exceptional customer service skills
