About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to international customers and prospects to sell products/services
2. Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
3. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
4. Handle customer objections, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
5. Update customer records and sales data in our system
6. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge

Working Hours:

1. Rotational shifts may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
2. 12:00 to 9:00 - Monday to Friday
3. 12:00 to 5:00 - Saturday
